Our Guarantee

Our 30 day guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.

We are happy to accept returned goods under this guarantee providing:

The returned goods must be unused.

The returned goods must be in the original condition complete with tags still attached.

Any goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Any returned goods must be accompanied by a letter stating the reason for making the return.

The above conditions do not apply to cancellations made under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you have any questions regarding returns or you wish to make a return, then please email us.

Please note we do not refund any postage costs where the items are as ordered.

Iwant to exchange for a different size or colour

We are happy to replace ordered items for a different size or colour, just return and we'll exchange. If the item isn't available, then we'll refund the original purchase price.

 

Please note we might have to charge for the additional postage.

 

I've changed my mind

Simply take advantage of our guarantee and send the item back.

 

Please Note:

We reserve the right to refuse a return where the item is returned in a poor condition, although in certain cases we will deduct a charge for cleaning from any refund issued.

Distance Selling Regulations 2000

 By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Terms

Goods will always be shipped by a reputable carrier. If you wish to use your own carrier then please contact us prior to ordering. 

We will endeavour to ship orders as soon as possible usually in 1 to 3 days however please allow up to 3 weeks for overseas deliveries depending on the destination or out if stock items. Trade orders may be subject to backorder.

Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to delays out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible.

In the case of non-delivery or missing parcels, normal channels will be pursued before replacement or compensation is allowed.

Deliveries must be checked by customers before signing receipt from carrier. The company will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for with no reference to condition delivered in.

Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing or email within 1 day of receipt.

 

Signed proof of carrier is required where the complete parcel is damaged or there are shortages of items evident on delivery.

 

Where goods are lost, damaged or distorted after delivery, and the ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against this loss provided it has not resulted from our negligence.
